Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Executive (Service) based in Pune City. The Business Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored solutions using NoBroker's services. Key responsibilities include meeting operational targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, collaborating with different teams, managing client accounts, and actively contributing toward achieving business goals. The individual will also liaise with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Manage day-to-day operations and servicing for assigned societies via field visits.
  • Should be proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory, knowing regional language is a plus.
  • Should have interest in Field customer service.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of visitor management devices (VMS)
  • Conduct daily field visits (10–12 societies) for monitoring and support
  • Build strong relationships with society members and security staff
  • Train users on app usage and operational processes
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to take initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
