TheBusiness Executivewill play a key role in supporting business growth, operational excellence, and client engagement. This position requires a proactive professional who can manage business processes, coordinate across teams, support revenue initiatives, and ensure smooth execution of strategic and operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience to support business initiatives.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, reports, and MIS dashboards.
- Track leads, client engagements, and follow-ups to support revenue growth.
- Manage documentation, data accuracy, and business records.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to leadership.
- Support client interactions, scheduling, and communication as required.
- Assist in planning and execution of business meetings, events, and initiatives.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 - 6 years of experience in business operations, coordination, or executive support roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business tools.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
