Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager.
In this role, you will:
Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement
Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years Management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
The individual is expected to have strong background of running and managing transformation initiatives, experience in implementing Agile Delivery models and working as an Internal Consultant solving business problems of varied nature. The incumbent will be required to work under stringent timelines, maintain strong engagement with multiple functions in a matrix environment.
In this role, the Business Execution Senior Manager will focus on:
Technology Implementation: Engages with business partners and stakeholder to identify the requirements, analyse and assess current state with the goal of designing and planning the implementation of the new or enhance existing platform for a function or team, which should result in bringing significant value to Wells Fargo, and its customers and should reduce risk.
Governance: Establish a sustainable governance model that enables process owners to regularly monitor and measure various activities. Perform assessments through data driven metrics and creative approaches to solve complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Process Improvement & Efficiency: Engage with business partners to identify, analyze, and prioritize inefficient business/operational processes with the goal of driving measurable improvements to deliver business outcomes.
Strategy: Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement. Work closely with Process Owners / sponsors to articulate the product vision, scope definition, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes.
Leadership: Provide vision, direction, and expertise to project teams on implementing innovative and significant business solutions using organizational, strategical, institutional knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts.
