About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate


In this role, you will:

  • Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups

  • Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities

  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives

  • Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners

  • Provide work direction toless experiencedStrategy and Execution staff


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of 6+ years in Contract Management, Negotiations Support, Record Retention, Agreement Review/Digitization within an Investment Banking or Markets environment, supporting derivatives, securities, or lending businesses
  • Strong understanding of Pre andPost Execution tasks, including coordination with Negotiators, Legal, Credit, LOB and Compliance teams to support timely execution, review, and archival of agreements
  • Indepth knowledge of record retention requirements for Qualified Financial Contracts (QFCs), including document validation, metadata checks, and governance expectations under internal Records and Information Management policies
  • Proven experience in agreement review and digitization, ensuring accuracy of counterparty details, agreement terms, approvals, execution evidence, and alignment between executed documents and systemcaptured data
  • Strong working knowledge of derivative and trading documentation including ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, Amendments, Letters of Authorization, and other marketstandard agreements supporting Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Structured Products
  • Ability to perform Quality Assurance (QA) on digitized agreement data, identify discrepancies, raise issues with stakeholders, and ensure remediation within defined SLAs and control thresholds
  • Handson experience with document and records management platforms including monitoring reports and maintaining data integrity across systems of record
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to independently review legal and financial documents, assess completeness, verify authority and approvals, and resolve postexecution issues efficiently
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for tracking workflows, reconciling reports, monitoring queues, and supporting management reporting requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work across highvolume, deadlinedriven workflows such as record creation, retention review, and digitization activities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with Negotiators, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and offshore/onshore teams across regions
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workload across BAU activities and adhoc projects while meeting regulatory, control, and business expectations
  • Ability to review existing processes and controls, identify operational risks or inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements to strengthen compliance, data quality, and overall control effectiveness

Shift timing would be 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM Shift
