Loan IQ - User Acceptance Testing / End User Validation - Job Description

P1 - Individual Contributor - Business Execution Associate

Target Profile - Job Functions

  • Loan IQ Testing (SIT/UAT)
  • Loan IQ Operations
  • Loan IQ Product Development
  • Syndicated Lending Product - Technology / Operations / Business Analysis

In this role, candidate will:

  • Create of Test Plans, Test scripts and Test Execution (Manual / Automated) for Loan IQ Operations (Pre-Close and Post-Close Functions).
  • Participate in Business Requirement Document and Functional Specification Document Reviews.
  • Provide Defect triage, Test summary and Test Status Reporting and Utilization.
  • Conduct meetings and reviews as required with relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in all the Scrum Rituals - Daily Stand Up, Backlog Refinement, and Sprint Planning & Retrospective.
  • Engage & collaborate with end users as part of End User Testing.
  • Ensure Strict adherence to timelines and focus on deliverables.
  • Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met.


Required Qualifications:

  • Any bachelor's degree with total 3-6 years of experience in Commercial Lending, Customer Onboarding and Syndicated lending.
  • Minimum 3+ years of Loan IQ and Commercial Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, or education.
  • Demonstrated experience with implementations of Commercial Lending applications or Loan IQ.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Agency Syndications in a front office, Operations, or Business Systems Consulting role (in Technology / Product Development).
  • Sound knowledge and background of Syndication Loan Origination and Loan Servicing activities.
  • Experience working in Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodology with ability to elicit requirements, user stories, document processes and create test cases.
  • Experience with Testing and Defect Tracking software, such as ALM or JIRA.
  • Experience in attending Scrum ceremonies like Daily Scrum, Sprint planning, Sprint retrospective meetings.
  • Ability to operate independently under strict timelines.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with Loan IQ Operations, Testing (System Integration, Regression, User Acceptance), Business Analysis, or Ops-Production support role
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating requirements, testing and implementation of medium to large scale enterprise projects with multiple dependencies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience tracking and reporting milestones including key deliverables and due dates.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of required testing/validation methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Candidates with knowledge on Loan IQ or any financial product are preferred.
  • Candidates with knowledge on Syndicated Lending, Customer Onboarding are preferred.
  • Experience in Automation tools UFT or Selenium will be an added advantage.

Note: Internal mobility candidates at S4 Level in Commercial Banking/ Wholesale Operations with Loan IQ knowledge can be considered.
