About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Administrator within the Access Management team in Commercial Banking. This team is responsible for processing system access requests for onboarding, transfers, Move The Lines, or additional systems access - reviews matrices for accuracy, connects with submitters, follows request until completion.

The Business Execution Administrator will be responsible for collaborating with Access Provisioning Groups to drive Access Matrix Compliance. Team supports all the lines of business within Commercial Banking. The team supports Commercial Banking Managers, employees, and business units with systems, applications, equipment, and access needs during the workplace lifecycle.

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee user access and other security administration issues, production support, troubleshooting, application maintenance, monitoring and balancing
  • Support application installations and upgrades
  • Access provisioning and de provisioning
  • Access review and certification, Auditing and Reporting
  • Participate in business continuity planning activity
  • Monitor and coordinate proper maintenance or replacement of user equipment!
  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues and initiatives related to all systems, tools and applications used by the team
  • Resolve Team queries and be point of contact for Process queries
  • Effectively handle and resolve escalations,
  • Collaborate and deliver team objectives
  • Deliver process training / Walkthroughs and track training completion
  • Performing QC, identify training needs and Provide refresher training to bridge the knowledge gap
  • Effectively managing stakeholders and driving efficiency projects
  • Initiating transformation projects/ideas

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Technical Support/Access Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exposure to identify learning and value adding opportunities in procedure/workflow
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
