Job Description
We're looking for a senior Product Excellence professional with 10–15 years of experience who can establish and drive the operating rhythm for a software/AI product organization.
Location - Noida
Experience: 10-15 years, product or business ops OKRs and sprint experience
- Worked in a similar role with Software / AI companies
- Credibility across cross-functional teams
- Comfortable with ambiguity, change management and agility
- Understanding of product / IP build and commercial models
- Master Black Belt (MBB)
- Operating Rhythm: Planning cycles aligned to long-term business goals (specific focus on product roadmap and commercial goals), ensuring regular governance / cadences, and infrastructure reviews. These include:
- Roadmap governance, including priorities, risks and timely escalations
- Release cycles
- Consistent OKRs across Business / Product metrics
- Governance frameworks – including AI deployments (RAI, Compliance)
- Cross-team (Product, Presales, BAG, Delivery) collaboration, including
- Market insights and consistent use across teams
- Leveraging partner ecosystem
- Best practices
- Repeatable/reuse approaches
- Client meetings prep – framework, quality, and consistency
- Performance tracking
- People (both human and AI)
- GTM collateral quality and consistency
