We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Business Excellence, Transformation & Automation function for Business analysis, Technical documentations & PMO support.
Principal Accountabilities
Gather comprehensive business requirements and convert them into detailed Business Requirement Documents BRDsbr Translate BRDs into precise Technical Requirement Documents TRDs for automation and IT development teamsbr Prepare detailed process maps Standard Operating Procedures SOPs impact analysis reports and project status documentationbr Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders across Indian Global Shared Services to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projectsbr Support business analysis studies by conducting indepth research and documentation to facilitate informed decisionmaking
