IndiaFirst Life Insurance Company Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Manager - Banca Channel to be based in Bangalore (On-site).

About the Role:

This is a Banca Channel role in partnership with Co-Operative Bank. The selected candidate will be deputed at Co Operative Bank branches within Bangalore city and will be responsible for driving Life Insurance business through the bank's customer base.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ Years in Banca / Bank Insurance Channel.

• Location: Bangalore - On-site ( Co Op Bank Branches)

• CTC: 4 to 5 LPA

• Strong knowledge of Life Insurance products and Banca sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating business through assigned bank branches

• Building strong relationships with bank staff and customers

• Achieving assigned sales targets
