Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajasthan for a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining partnerships, developing strategic plans, and achieving revenue targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market analysis, identifying prospective clients, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs while driving new business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and sales skills, with a proven ability to identify, develop, and close new opportunities.
• Experience in client relationship management, including building and maintaining long-term partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging prospective clients and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and market analysis skills to assess industry trends and develop new growth strategies.
• Proficiency in team collaboration, handling multiple projects, and achieving revenue objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Familiarity with software solutions or relevant technology industry experience will be advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata and travel as necessary for client meetings and business engagements.
