This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. In this position, you will identify business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and develop strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Your day-to-day tasks will include networking with potential clients, conducting market research, creating proposals, executing strategic plans to generate new leads, negotiating contracts, and working collaboratively with internal teams to align business development goals with company objectives. You will also represent Fuzia Talent at networking events and act as a brand ambassador to promote our mission and services.

• Proven expertise in business development, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships
• Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and sales strategies
• Proficiency in market research, data analytics, and identifying growth opportunities
• Experience in brand representation and execution of outreach campaigns
• Knowledge of virtual assistance, marketing support, or similar fields is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively
• Relevant academic credentials, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field
