Business Devlopment Manager - Agents onboarding software

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard Life Insurance Advisors onto the AdviceSahi platform.
• Build and maintain a strong network of Life Insurance Advisors in the assigned territory.
• Identify potential advisors through branch visits, referrals, advisor associations and field outreach.
• Explain AdviceSahi's platform, benefits and services to advisors.
• Support advisors with account setup, policy data upload and platform training.
• Conduct individual and small-group training sessions for newly onboarded advisors.
• Ensure advisors become active on the platform and continue regular usage.
• Maintain regular follow-up with advisors and support them in their day-to-day platform usage.
• Generate opportunities such as Loan Against Policy (LAP) referrals and additional business through the advisor network.
• Track advisor performance, activation and engagement.
• Provide feedback and local market insights to the company.

Candidate Profile

• 3–7 years of experience as a Unit Manager / Sales Manager / Agency Manager / Sales Development Manager in a Life Insurance company.
• Experience in recruiting and managing 25+ active advisors.
• Strong understanding of the Life Insurance Advisor ecosystem.
• Good communication skills with Tamil + working English for Tamil Nadu roles.
• Must have a two-wheeler/four-wheeler as this is a field-based role.
• Comfortable with mobile apps, CRM tools and digital platforms.
