Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Lucknow. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts, and closing deals. The role involves strategizing and communicating effectively with clients and internal team members to achieve business growth goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Account Management and relationship building
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding of business development strategies and market analysis
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare or medtech industry is an added advantage
