We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager for our Life Insurance division in Hyderabad. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing a network of agents to drive sales and enhance the overall performance of our agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to recruit and train new agents for the life insurance sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and stakeholders to drive sales growth.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for agency development.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance agents product knowledge and sales skills.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns for agency recruitment.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in sales, agency management, or related roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with agents and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
