Business Development - Warehousing & Logistics

StoreACE Logistics is looking for an experienced Business Development professional to grow our warehousing and integrated logistics business.

The role requires someone who understands the warehousing market beyond selling square feet - someone who knows which industries need what kind of warehousing, where they need it, how their supply chains operate, and how to build a commercially viable solution around those requirements.

The ideal candidate should have:

1. A strong network across importers, exporters, 3PLs and large corporates.
2. Experience originating and closing large warehousing mandates especially in JNPA/Bhiwandi Market.
3. A sound understanding of warehouse economics, pricing and P&L
4. The ability to structure solutions across warehousing, CFS, transportation and value-added logistics
5. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop long-term customer relationships.

We are looking for someone who can build the business, not simply sell available space.
