We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager to engage potential clients, assess their needs, and offer
customized solutions. This role requires a strong technical background and communication skills to
effectively communicate and sell our products and services in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound/inbound sales calls to U.S. based prospects and existing customers.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive and consultative sales
techniques.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Handle objections and negotiate to close deals efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM software.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, marketing, and customer service) to ensure
customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in technical sales, telesales, or call center sales, particularly in the U.S.
market.
Strong command of English with a trained American accent preferred.
Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts effectively.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo, Zoho CRM or similar) and Google
Workspace.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
Willingness to work in the US timezone hours from office location.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in solar, SaaS, IT, or other technology-based industries.
Experience handling U.S. B2B/B2C sales.
Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A)
