Your focus will be on identifying high-quality opportunities, sending personalized proposals, and converting leads into qualified meetings.
Key Responsibilities1. Bidding & Proposal Management
- Identify relevant jobs daily on Upwork
- Send personalized, high-converting proposals
- Understand client requirements and tailor responses
- You might have to bid at night as well for international market
2. Profile Creation & Optimization
- Create and optimize Upwork & Fiverr profiles
- Improve headlines, descriptions, and portfolio
- Continuously test and enhance profile performance
3. Cover Letter Writing
- Draft compelling and concise cover letters
- Highlight problem understanding, relevant experience, and solutions
4. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Conduct cold email outreach to potential clients
- Engage with prospects via LinkedIn
- Maintain and manage a structured lead pipeline
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track bids, responses, and meetings booked
- Share weekly performance reports and insights
Compensation- 3.6 LPA 6 LPA (based on experience and performance)
