This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Trainee based in Chennai, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. The role involves day-to-day activities such as identifying potential business opportunities through lead generation, conducting market research to understand industry trends, maintaining relationships with clients, and supporting business growth initiatives. The trainee will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver meaningful solutions to meet client needs.

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and identify growth opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills to present ideas and interact effectively with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques and strategies to identify potential partnerships
• Experience or skills in Market Research and Customer Service
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or relevant tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
