About the Role

Svadhyay is hiring Sales Consultants to drive enrolments for its guaranteed placement programs targeted at graduates from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. This is a purely inbound sales role focused on counselling students and parents, communicating program value, and closing admissions through calls, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.

*There is no field sales or cold door-to-door work involved.

Internship Details-

Duration: 6 Months

Mode: Remote

Role: Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads generated via seminars, digital campaigns, and WhatsApp
  • Conduct structured counselling calls with students and parents to understand goals, constraints, and readiness
  • Clearly explain program outcomes, placement support, pricing, and timelines
  • Handle objections related to fees, trust, and career outcomes with empathy and logic
  • Close enrolments by securing down payments and completing documentation
  • Maintain accurate daily updates in CRM, including call notes and follow-ups
  • Collect post-enrolment feedback, testimonials, and referral leads

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of inside sales or consultative sales experience (B2C EdTech experience is mandatory)
  • Proven ability to close deals over phone or virtual meetings
  • Fluency in Hindi and English, with confidence in handling parent conversations
  • Strong objection-handling skills, follow-up discipline, and emotional intelligence
  • Comfort with WhatsApp Business, Zoom/Google Meet, and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Performance based stipend
