Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Trainee, based in Sadar, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves conducting market research and lead generation to identify potential clients, building and nurturing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and providing excellent customer service. The trainee will also assist in developing strategies to meet sales goals, collaborating with various teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify market trends and assess business opportunities
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage and maintain client relationships
  • Experience or knowledge in Lead Generation and Market Research
  • Customer Service skills and understanding of how to maintain client satisfaction
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid working setup and manage tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM and other tools for lead generation and tracking will be a plus
