Business Development Trainee.

Position Overview :

As a Trainee in Inside Sales & Lead Generation, you will be the bridge between CIEL HR's staffing solutions and the manufacturing sector. Your technical background as a BE/BTech graduate will allow you to comprehend complex engineering mandates (e.g., CNC operators, Automation Engineers, Plant Heads) and pitch specialized recruitment solutions to manufacturing enterprises.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation: Identify and target manufacturing companies needing recruitment or contract staffing services.
• B2B Outreach: Connect with Plant Heads, HR Directors, and Talent Acquisition leads via cold calling and email.
• Requirement Analysis: Understand the specialized technical, production, or R&D roles that client plants are struggling to fill.
• Solution Pitching: Pitch
• CIEL HRs value proposition, highlighting data-driven talent sourcing and compliance expertise.
• Pipeline Management: Secure introductory meetings and transfer high-potential sales leads to senior account managers.

Role Requirements:

• Education: BE / BTech degree (Any specialization; Mechanical, Electrical, or Production preferred).
• Sector Focus: Strong interest in learning the talent bottlenecks within industrial automation, automotive, and heavy manufacturing.
• Communication: Excellent English presentation skills to pitch confidently to high-level corporate buyers.
• Tools: Proficiency with MS Excel and professional networks like LinkedIn
