Business Development Trainee

Role Summary: We are looking for a data-driven and commercially aware professional to manage backend data evaluation, coordinate CIS activities, and support inside sales efforts. This hybrid role combines analytics, systems coordination, and sales enablement to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze backend data to generate insights for strategic and sales decision-making

Coordinate internal reporting, dashboards, and business reviews

Maintain and optimize CIS tools Support inside sales with lead tracking, pipeline reporting, and follow-ups

Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive lead conversion and reporting accuracy

Requirements:

Experience: Any Graduate with 1 3 years of experience

Skills Required: Proficiency in Microsoft tools and strong communication skills
