Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Teles caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential / prospective clients, promoting our wide range of rating services, and gathering leads. The goal is to schedule meetings or appointments for our sales team to discuss how our services can meet the clients needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients daily
  • Introduce our bank loan rating services and highlight their benefits
  • Gather information about potential clients needs and preferences
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in our system NEXERA.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven sales or tele caller experience, preferably in a financial services or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of rating services and their applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Excel and Microsoft Office applications
