Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Business Development / Technical Sales Associate. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and developing tailored sales strategies. The selected candidate will collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, maintain detailed records of interactions, analyze market trends, and deliver customized solutions to align with client objectives. Additionally, the associate will generate leads, negotiate contracts, and ensure the successful onboarding of clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage clients and convey technical concepts effectively.
  • Ability to identify business needs, create strategic solutions, and develop new opportunities.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and experience in leading client negotiations, maintaining client relationships, and closing deals.
  • Understanding of technical concepts, such as web and mobile app development, automation systems, and CRM platforms, with the ability to translate these into business solutions.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate market trends, identify growth opportunities, and tailor products/services to meet client needs.
  • Proficiency in tools like CRM software, sales analytics platforms, and business development tools is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work on-site in Jaipur and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in business development or technical sales is a plus.
