Role Description

* Identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. 

* The role involves conducting market research, preparing sales forecasts, collaborating with internal teams, and creating proposals and presentations for potential clients. 

* You will represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events, while identifying new ways to expand our service offerings and market presence.

Qualifications

* Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and negotiating contracts

* Project management and organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives and meet targets

* Ability to conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis

* Effective communication and presentation skills, combined with networking and relationship-building abilities

* Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and understanding of industry trends is a plus

* Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field

* Prior experience in the digital marketing, IT, or service industry is advantageous

* Team Lead Skills is mandatory.
