About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven professional with strong experience in staff augmentation for GCC (Global Capability Center) clients, with a balanced focus on client acquisition (hunting) and account growth (farming). This role requires ownership of the complete client lifecycle—from onboarding to expansion—while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development (hunting) by identifying, approaching, and acquiring GCC clients for staff augmentation services
- Manage and grow existing accounts (farming) by building strong relationships and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Own the end-to-end staff augmentation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, fulfillment coordination, and deployment
- Lead and manage client onboarding, including documentation, compliance, and process alignment
- Act as the primary point of contact for GCC stakeholders, ensuring high client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Track resource utilization, billing, and account performance metrics
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in staff augmentation / IT staffing / professional services
- Proven experience in hunting and farming GCC (Global Capability Center) clients
- Strong track record of client acquisition and account management
- Hands-on experience in onboarding and managing GCC clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT services or consulting firms
- Exposure to global clients and cross-cultural stakeholder management
- Understanding of workforce planning, billing models, and contract management
