Role: Key Accounts Manager (Project Sales)
We're looking for a dynamic and driven professional to join our Sales team, helping clients reimagine their spaces with innovative Audio Visual (AV) and collaboration technologies.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on both financial success and customer satisfaction.
- Understand client business processes, technology challenges, and deliver custom AV solutions that make an impact.
- Drive direct sales of integrated AV solutions — including Network and Security, Audio Visual and Collaboration and End-User Services.
- Collaborate closely with our technical and design teams to build powerful, end-to-end client solutions.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, PMCs, and architects.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and consultative selling.
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer delight through seamless project delivery.
What You Bring
- A passion for technology, innovation, and client engagement.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic and consultative selling mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver top-quality solutions.
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Electronics and MBA would be an advantage.
