We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Remote
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to manage inbound leads generated through performance marketing and paid campaigns. If you're confident in nurturing warm & hot leads and closing deals, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads from marketing campaigns
- Qualify, nurture, and convert warm & hot prospects
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client needs
- Present tailored solutions and proposals
- Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets
- Coordinate with delivery teams for smooth onboarding
- Maintain CRM updates, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
- Share sales insights and market feedback
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development
- Experience in digital marketing / media / advertising agencies preferred
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to close inbound leads
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM & sales tools
- Experience with domestic & international clients is a plus
