Job Description

We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Remote

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to manage inbound leads generated through performance marketing and paid campaigns. If you're confident in nurturing warm & hot leads and closing deals, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound leads from marketing campaigns
  • Qualify, nurture, and convert warm & hot prospects
  • Conduct discovery calls and understand client needs
  • Present tailored solutions and proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets
  • Coordinate with delivery teams for smooth onboarding
  • Maintain CRM updates, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
  • Share sales insights and market feedback

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development
  • Experience in digital marketing / media / advertising agencies preferred
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to close inbound leads
  • Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM & sales tools
  • Experience with domestic & international clients is a plus
