Whizz HR is hiring for Senior Director of Business Development :

Key Responsibilities

New Business & Revenue Growth

  • Lead end-to-end new business development strategy for the agency
  • Identify, pitch, and close high-value clients across industries
  • Own revenue targets and growth plans (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Client Acquisition & Relationships

  • Develop long-term relationships with CXOs, CMOs, founders, and marketing heads
  • Represent the agency in industry events, conferences, and networking forums
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling of agency services to existing clients

Strategy & Pitching

  • Lead pitch strategy, proposal development, and pricing
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, strategy, and media teams for winning pitches
  • Ensure alignment between client needs and agency offerings

Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and manage the business development team
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive high-performance culture
  • Train team on pitching, negotiation, and client management

Market Intelligence

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
  • Identify new service lines, verticals, and growth opportunities
  • Contribute to long-term agency growth and expansion strategy
