Key Responsibilities
New Business & Revenue Growth
- Lead end-to-end new business development strategy for the agency
- Identify, pitch, and close high-value clients across industries
- Own revenue targets and growth plans (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Client Acquisition & Relationships
- Develop long-term relationships with CXOs, CMOs, founders, and marketing heads
- Represent the agency in industry events, conferences, and networking forums
- Drive upselling and cross-selling of agency services to existing clients
Strategy & Pitching
- Lead pitch strategy, proposal development, and pricing
- Collaborate with creative, digital, strategy, and media teams for winning pitches
- Ensure alignment between client needs and agency offerings
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and manage the business development team
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive high-performance culture
- Train team on pitching, negotiation, and client management
Market Intelligence
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Identify new service lines, verticals, and growth opportunities
- Contribute to long-term agency growth and expansion strategy
