Job Description

Walksea Coffee is hiring a Sales & Bussines Devlopment specialist to support growth in our coffee powder and beans segment. We cater to cafs, bakeries, hotels, and HoReCa clients with premium blends and consistent quality.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for generating leads, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring smooth order execution. The role involves both backend coordination and client interaction.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and follow up with potential clients (cafs, bakeries, restaurants, Enterprises)
  • Support sales team with daily reporting and order tracking
  • Coordinate quotations, dispatch, and payment follow-ups
  • Maintain client database and ensure repeat business
  • Handle client queries and build long-term relationships

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requirements:
  • 14 years experience in sales/coordination (FMCG/coffee preferred)
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
