Walksea Coffee is hiring a Sales & Bussines Devlopment specialist to support growth in our coffee powder and beans segment. We cater to cafs, bakeries, hotels, and HoReCa clients with premium blends and consistent quality.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for generating leads, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring smooth order execution. The role involves both backend coordination and client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify and follow up with potential clients (cafs, bakeries, restaurants, Enterprises)
- Support sales team with daily reporting and order tracking
- Coordinate quotations, dispatch, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain client database and ensure repeat business
- Handle client queries and build long-term relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requirements:
- 14 years experience in sales/coordination (FMCG/coffee preferred)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
