Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels such as upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and market research.
- Engage with prospects and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, client outreach, and pipeline management.
- Demonstrated success in lead conversion and business growth.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
