Job Description

Location: Office No. 301, Manjeera Majestic Complex, Kukatpally, Hyderabad  

Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite  

Experience: 2–4 Years  

Working Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST  

Reports To: Senior Operations Manager

About the Role

We are a US Staffing Company placing candidates across a broad spectrum of industries — technology, healthcare, legal, finance, and manufacturing. As we expand our vendor and client network across the United States, we are looking for a driven and focused Business Development Specialist who can operate equally confidently in both IT and Non-IT staffing markets.

This role is based onsite in Hyderabad and operates on US business hours — a commitment we want you to be clear on and genuinely comfortable with before applying.

You will be the first point of contact — researching the right targets, making the call, sending the email, and building the pipeline that keeps our business growing. On the IT side you will be engaging technology vendors, Tier-1 staffing firms, and procurement managers. On the Non-IT side you will be speaking directly with HR heads, operations managers, and department heads across healthcare, legal, finance, and manufacturing organisations. The ability to adapt your pitch and communication style between these two audiences is the defining skill that separates a strong fit from the wrong fit for this role.

This is a high-outreach, target-driven role in a fast-moving team where decisions get made quickly and your results are visible from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities across IT verticals — technology firms, Tier-1 vendors, and staffing agencies — and Non-IT verticals including healthcare, legal, financial institutions, and manufacturing companies
  • Execute high-volume cold outreach daily — targeting 40–50 combined touch points across calls, emails, and LinkedIn — tailoring your pitch depending on whether you are speaking to a technology vendor or a non-technical hiring organisation.
  • Clearly articulate our staffing value proposition to each audience — technical contractor placement for IT clients and end-to-end staffing solutions across permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire hiring needs for Non-IT clients
  • Engage the right decision makers on both sides — vendor procurement managers and staffing managers on the IT side, HR heads and operations managers on the Non-IT side
  • Initiate and facilitate vendor registrations and Master Service Agreement (MSA) conversations across both IT and Non-IT accounts in coordination with senior leadership
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of new business leads across both verticals — ensuring IT and Non-IT pipelines are consistently active and growing
  • Follow up consistently and diligently on all outreach until a relationship is established or a clear decision is reached
  • Once a requirement is brought in, coordinate closely with our internal recruitment team who will source, submit, and close — your job is to keep the client relationship warm and the requirements flowing
  • Track all outreach activity, lead status, and pipeline progress accurately on a daily basis
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly new account and outreach targets
  • Stay current on hiring trends, talent demand shifts, and key players across both IT and Non-IT staffing markets in the US

What We Are Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development within US staffing — hands-on exposure to both IT and Non-IT verticals strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to adapt pitch and communication style between IT vendor conversations and Non-IT direct client conversations — this is the defining competency for this role
  • Proven track record of opening new vendor and client accounts across different hiring verticals through cold outreach and relationship building.
  • Strong understanding of the US staffing ecosystem — Tier-1 vendors, sub-vendor relationships, and direct client engagement across technical and non-technical sectors including healthcare, legal, and manufacturing.
  • Not just comfortable but energized by cold outreach — you see every unanswered call as the next opportunity.
  • Familiarity with US visa categories — H1B, OPT, GC — as a working knowledge advantage for IT staffing conversations.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented — someone who manages their own pipeline across multiple verticals without needing to be chased.
