Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai for a Business Development Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, and building long-term relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing business strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and drive company growth.

• Proficient in Market Research and Lead Generation to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, understanding trends, and developing strategies.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in business development or the finance sector is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
