We are seeking a full-time Business Development Specialist to join our team on-site in Dehradun. The Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, and building strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, creating strategies to drive business growth, and providing excellent customer service. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieving business objectives.

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and formulating strategic business initiatives
• Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Customer Service expertise to deliver outstanding client experiences and satisfaction
