Job Summary
We are hiring a Business Development Executive / Manager to drive US sales for a group of companies operating in IT services and PR solutions. The role focuses on outbound lead generation, cold outreach, and closing international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads using:
Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Slack & Facebook groups
Upwork, Fiverr, business directories
Execute personalized & mass cold email campaigns
Handle inbound leads via email and website
Connect with decision-makers:
Founders, CXOs, Head of Sales
Target companies with 1200 employees
Sell services across IT and PR domains
Focus on the US, Europe & Middle East markets
Maintain 35% reply rate on outbound campaigns
Achieve monthly & annual revenue targets
Track pipeline, deal size, and conversion metrics
Required Skills & Experience
23 years of US sales experience (IT services preferred)
Strong background in B2B outbound sales
Hands-on experience with cold emailing & LinkedIn outreach
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand and sell multiple service lines
Target-driven and self-motivated
Preferred Skills
Experience selling:
IT / Software services
PR / Branding services
Knowledge of average deal size & client retention metrics
