Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to lead and grow our international IT services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales ownership, team guidance, and closing high-value B2B deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive international B2B sales for IT services (US/UK/Europe markets)
- Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation, client interaction, proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Manage and mentor a team of BDEs to achieve monthly targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies and pipelines
- Handle key client accounts and long-term partnerships
- Track KPIs, forecasts, and revenue performance
- Coordinate with marketing and delivery teams for deal execution
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience required: 6 months to 4 years (must have)
- Strong background in IT services / digital marketing sales
- Proven experience in international client acquisition and closures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience using Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM tools
- Ability to lead teams and drive revenue targets
