This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, based in Erode. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and developing and implementing effective sales and business strategies. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

• Previous experience in the BPO industry or a similar field is an advantage
