Job Description

Hey We're Pinnaxel, a digital adtech and AI marketing-automation company. We run managed programmatic campaigns for brands across real estate, auto, and e-commerce, and we're building a SaaS platform (PalanIX) for agencies and SMBs. Two motions, one small team, a lot happening.

We're hiring our first dedicated BD person, which means you won't be employee #200 plugging into a machine someone else built. You'll be early enough that the playbook is still being written , and you'll be in the room while it is.

What you'll actually do

  • Hunt. Find the right brands and agencies, open conversations, book the meetings, run the first calls.
  • Run our go-to-market motion along with the Founding team across Digital ads and the SaaS platform.
  • Bring the market back to us. What's landing, what's not, what brands actually care about, you'll shape the message because you're the one hearing it first.
  • Get on planes. You'll travel across India to meet people in person, because this business is still won face-to-face.

Who you are

  • 1–3 years in digital ad tech, agency side preferred (media/programmatic exposure is gold).
  • You can cold-outreach at ease. A no doesn't ruin your week.
  • You write clearly and you're sharp on a call.
  • Up for travelling across India.
  • Hungry, coachable, and itching to grow into a real quota of your own.

Nice to have

  • You already know some brand marketers or agency planners.
  • You've touched DV360, programmatic buying, or martech SaaS.

The deal

  • Based in Bengaluru, travelling across India. (Open to a conversation if you're elsewhere and good.)
  • Competitive base + upside tied to the pipeline and deals you build. You win when we win.
  • Direct line to the founder, room to own your patch, and a front-row seat as two businesses scale.
  • Sound like you Let's talk.
