Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Physician Acquisition Sales Specialist, based in Mumbai with complete work-from-home flexibility. The specialist will execute an outbound acquisition strategy to drive revenue through two distinct tracks:
Responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of the sales funnel: lead sourcing and database management, multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn and email sequences), handling calls, objection management, closing paid conversions, and tracking performance via KPI dashboards. The approach must adhere to a warm, empathetic, physician-centric tone, emphasizing trust, transparency, and respect for physicians time. Weekly reporting and data-driven optimizations will ensure predictable revenue growth.
