We offer innovative solutions, including FastTrack Licensing support for International Medical Graduates (IMGs) seeking U.S. medical licensure, a robust Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platform tailored for independent and telehealth-forward practitioners, and a patented digital stethoscope for advanced remote diagnostics. Our mission is to remove administrative burdens, enabling healthcare professionals to get back to healing while delivering accessible, efficient, and high-quality care.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Physician Acquisition Sales Specialist, based in Mumbai with complete work-from-home flexibility. The specialist will execute an outbound acquisition strategy to drive revenue through two distinct tracks:

  • Track 1: Targeting International Medical Graduates (ECFMG-certified, USMLE Steps 13 passed, without active U.S. license) and converting them into paid sign-ups for Wellyfy's FastTrack Licensing products (Silver, Gold, Platinum tiers).
  • Track 2: Engaging already-licensed U.S. physicians (independent practitioners or telehealth-focused) to secure paid subscriptions for Wellyfy's EMR platform, with cross-sell opportunities for the patented digital stethoscope.

Responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of the sales funnel: lead sourcing and database management, multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn and email sequences), handling calls, objection management, closing paid conversions, and tracking performance via KPI dashboards. The approach must adhere to a warm, empathetic, physician-centric tone, emphasizing trust, transparency, and respect for physicians time. Weekly reporting and data-driven optimizations will ensure predictable revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in healthcare, medical services, or B2B environments targeting professionals (e.g., physicians or medical graduates)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adopt a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone in written and verbal interactions
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email sequencing, and CRM tools for lead management
  • Understanding of U.S. medical licensing processes (e.g., USMLE, ECFMG) or telehealth/EMR solutions is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently, manage disciplined outreach cadences, and focus on results-oriented metrics (e.g., conversions and revenue)
  • Comfort with performance-based incentives and data-driven iteration
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare or telehealth industry is a plus
