Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for a hustler who thrives outside the office — someone who can walk into a residential society, local market, or event venue and walk out with a partnership. This role owns offline growth for ChefKart: building on-ground alliances, driving local activations, and executing partnerships that bring new customers and chefs onto the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and close offline partnerships (RWAs, societies, local vendors, event venues, community groups) to drive customer acquisition
  • Plan and execute on-ground activations — stalls, demos, tastings, community events — to build local brand presence
  • Build and maintain relationships with society management committees, local influencers, and channel partners
  • Track and report performance of offline initiatives (leads generated, conversion, cost per acquisition)
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and ops teams to ensure smooth handoff of leads generated on ground

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in BD, field sales, offline marketing, or channel partnerships.
  • Comfortable being out in the field daily — this is not a desk-first role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to build trust with RWAs, local business owners, and event organizers
  • Self-starter who can independently plan a week of ground activity and execute without hand-holding
  • Basic reporting discipline — comfortable logging activity and leads in CRM/sheets
  • Bike/scooter needed

What Success Looks Like

  • A steady pipeline of new offline partnerships signed month over month
  • Strong local relationships that translate into repeat access to societies/events

Location: Gurugram (with on-ground travel across assigned markets/societies)
