Role Description This is a full-time Business Development Specialist role based in Ranchi, Jharkhand, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site work with some flexibility to work from home. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through various channels, and building relationships with potential clients seeking credit counseling and repair services. Typical activities include conducting market research, understanding customer needs, presenting NS Credit Consultant's solutions, and following up consistently to convert prospects into clients. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to improve service offerings, maintaining accurate records of client interactions in CRM tools, preparing basic sales reports, and representing the company in local events or partner meetings when required.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to clearly explain services, handle inquiries, and build trust with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential clients, understand market trends, and support business growth.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret client credit situations, prioritize opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts, credit scores, and lending practices (experience in credit counseling, BFSI, or related sectors is an advantage).
- Comfort using CRM or sales tracking tools, along with standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with good time management and follow-up discipline.
