Role Description

This is a full-time, work form home role for a Business Development Specialist based in Kharar. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing business strategies, and driving revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing business proposals, collaborating with multiple teams, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in strategic planning, market research, and business strategies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in lead generation, sales, and client relationship management
• Knowledge of digital technologies and IT services preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in business development is beneficial
