Hiring for a Global Fintech client: Business Development Specialist

About the job

The ideal candidate will help drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of sales leads and helping create the market strategy. You will be responsible for establishing a strong relationship with new prospects as well as maintaining a strong relationship with existing accounts. Your effective communication and interpersonal skills will help you succeed within the sales team.

Job Location - Andheri, Mumbai

Work Model - Work from Office, Monday to Friday (Saturdays and Sundays are off)

Shift timings - US Shift Timings (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)

The Role

  • As a Business Development Specialist, you will help drive customer acquisition in new markets, pioneer financial products for businesses and, develop a growth strategy. The position will require a strong sales background, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, persistence, and an interest in engaging with new business customers.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving sales through new accounts for revenue growth with prime focus on outbound and Inbound leads, focused on US market.
  • Developing and executing account plans to achieve targets: Account qualification, mapping, and delivering product presentations.
  • Identify customers business objectives, uncover roadblocks, and multithread to establish a long-term strategic partnership.
  • Determine availability needs and objectives gains of businesses of proposed solution / services, tying back to customer business growth.
  • Prospect potential clients using various direct methods, networking, and industry research.
  • Serve as the key client contact on multiple account.
  • Address complicated customer queries around our product offering.

  • You take ownership and have a proven track record of results
  • Excellent Communication skills in English
  • Should have very high motivation and be a self-starter
  • Have 3-6 years of experience working in sales, preferably for US markets
  • A strong relationship building skill with key decision-makers in small/medium & large-sized companies in the respective territory
  • Must be comfortable with an Individual-contributor role
  • Prior work experience in trade finance, international logistics, or any other field related to exports is a plus
