D2C Brandz is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Specialist with prior experience in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and generate leads for digital marketing services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Pitch digital marketing solutions including SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, and website development
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Track and report sales activities and performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development at a digital marketing agency (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and agency workflows
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management processes is a plus.
