D2C Brandz is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Specialist with prior experience in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and generate leads for digital marketing services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Pitch digital marketing solutions including SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, and website development
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track and report sales activities and performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development at a digital marketing agency (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and agency workflows
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management processes is a plus.
