Job Description

Hiring: Business Development Specialist

Compensation - ₹4 LPA – ₹10 LPA inluding incentives

Location - On-site(Jaipur)

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Sales

  • Manage and respond to incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and platform signups
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Conduct discovery conversations and qualify leads
  • Follow up consistently to drive conversions

Outbound Sales

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, cold calls, and email
  • Build and manage a structured outbound pipeline
  • Personalize outreach based on industry, role, and use case
  • Schedule meetings and move prospects through the funnel
  • Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and deal progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
  • Continuously improve outreach strategies and sales scripts

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or client handling
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage both inbound and outbound sales processes
  • Good objection-handling and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
