WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a talented Business Development Executive with 0–6 months of experience in the customer service or sales industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- 20% Client Servicing and 80% Business Development/Sales through Emails & Web Chats.

- Confidently communicate with international clients.

- Demonstrate strong negotiation, planning, and time-management skills.

- Use MS Office to prepare and maintain reports.

- Maintain accuracy in client information and reporting metrics.

REQUIREMENTS

- 0–6 months of experience in Customer Service or Sales.

- Graduate from any stream, including B.Com, BBA, BMS – Marketing.

- Proactive with a go-getter attitude and technical bent of mind.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, both written and verbal.

- Flexible to work during late evening hours.

- Candidates must be willing to work from Airoli, Mumbai.

- No relocation assistance is available.
