Languafina is looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. If you are passionate about B2B sales, building client relationships, and driving business growth in the learning & development space, we would love to connect with you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across corporates and institutions
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Work independently to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution and client satisfaction
- Track market trends and competitor offerings to strengthen sales strategies
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership mindset
- Highly sales-driven, target-oriented, and proactive
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience in EdTech / Training / L&D sales will be a strong advantage
- Candidates based in or willing to work across Tricity or Delhi NCR
