Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Hyderabad. As a Sales Executive at ITSPE, you will focus on identifying, developing, and nurturing client relationships. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading sales pitches, negotiating contracts, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets. The role also entails closely collaborating with internal teams, such as technical experts and project managers, to deliver tailored solutions to our clients.

Qualifications
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven sales skills, including client management and lead generation
  • Basic understanding or interest in Intelligent Transport Systems and Traffic Engineering solutions
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach and goal-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in transportation, infrastructure, or related industries is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
