Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist - IT Staffing located in Noida with some work from home acceptable. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and analyzing potential business opportunities in the IT staffing industry. This role also involves nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their staffing needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Specialist will be tasked with preparing sales reports and developing strategies to drive business growth.
