Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Bhubaneswar. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through lead generation, market research, and networking. Daily responsibilities include establishing and nurturing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and promoting the services and offerings of Industry Ready Academy. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align business development efforts with broader company goals.
